What we do, in detail

Four services for non-fault drivers, with the risks explained before any paperwork.

Program 01 · One point of contact

Claim notification & handling

We take the details once, collect the evidence that matters — photographs, witnesses, dashcam, the other driver's details — and deal with the correspondence. You get one number to call and an honest answer about where the claim actually stands, including when it is going badly.

  • Per claim
  • Non-fault drivers
  • No cost to you if recovered
  • Accident details

Program 02 · Your choice of repairer

Recovery, storage & repairs

We can recover and store the vehicle and manage the repair through an approved repairer who guarantees the work. You are entitled to use any repairer you like, including your manufacturer's dealer to protect a warranty, and we will say so rather than steering you.

Program 03 · A credit agreement, explained

Replacement vehicle

This is the part the industry is criticised for, so we are blunt about it. Credit hire is a contract between you and us. If the claim fails, or you are found partly at fault, or the charges are not recovered in full, you are personally liable for the hire. We show you the daily rate and that liability in writing, and we will tell you when going through your own insurer would cost you less.

  • Per claim
  • Entitled drivers
  • Credit hire agreement
  • Signed agreement

Program 04 · Independent solicitors

Uninsured losses & injury referral

Policy excess, lost earnings and expenses are recoverable from the party at fault and are routinely forgotten. If you have been injured, that is legal work: we refer you to an independent SRA-regulated firm, we receive no referral fee for it, and you can also claim low-value injury yourself for free through the Official Injury Claim service.

  • Per claim
  • Non-fault drivers
  • No referral fee taken
  • Evidence of losses
